2026-08-04 14:03:45

According to Jinshi reports, Apple (AAPL.O) has applied to a U.S. judge for a preliminary injunction to prohibit two former employees and OpenAI from accessing, obtaining, using, or disclosing so-called confidential information, while the company continues to advance its lawsuit regarding trade secrets.

Apple sued OpenAI and two former employees currently working at OpenAI last month, accusing them of stealing Apple's trade secrets to assist OpenAI in entering the consumer hardware market.
