Data: The Bitcoin profit and loss pressure index has risen to 71.5, and the market is still in a high-pressure zone
CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr. stated that the Bitcoin UTXO Stress Score has rebounded to 71.5, re-entering the 70 threshold, indicating that most of the supply is in a state of loss, and the market remains in a high-pressure zone.
A year ago, when the price of Bitcoin was $114,000, this indicator was around the neutral range of 41; over the past year, it has spent nearly two-thirds of the time in high-pressure or extreme pressure zones, having reached an extreme level of 100 during the market crash in November 2025. Currently, the weekly momentum is +3, showing that pressure has started to increase moderately after a month of easing. Over the past month, the index has mainly fluctuated between 65-76, with no rapid deterioration or substantial recovery during this period. The analyst pointed out that if the index continues to fall below 70 and the momentum is negative, it will confirm the easing of pressure; conversely, if Bitcoin falls below the monthly low of about $61,500, the index may accelerate deterioration towards the 90+ region, recreating the extreme situation of last November.
