Hyperliquid launches Yu Shu Technology's Pre-IPO contract, with a pre-market price nearly 5 times higher than the expected issuance price of A shares
According to on-chain analyst Ai Yi's monitoring, the decentralized trading platform Hyperliquid has launched the Pre-IPO perpetual contract for Unitree Technology, with an initial pricing of $73.33, corresponding to a total share capital of approximately 404 million shares, and an implied market value of about $29.7 billion (approximately ¥212.9 billion). As of the time of publication, the contract price is around $74, corresponding to a market value of about $30 billion.
According to the prospectus, Unitree Technology plans to issue approximately 40.45 million shares (accounting for 10% of the total share capital after issuance) on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board IPO, with a total share capital of approximately 404.5 million shares after issuance, targeting an issuance valuation of about ¥42 billion (approximately $5.8-6.2 billion). The results of the A-share inquiry will be announced on August 5, with an expected issuance price of ¥104 per share, and the new share subscription time is set for August 10. Based on the expected issuance price, Hyperliquid's current price is at a premium of approximately 4.88 times the expected issuance price of A-shares.
