WLFI Financial Company AI Financial has sold its Canadian subsidiary to Prime Delta
According to Reuters, AI Financial Corp, supported by the Trump family, has sold its Canadian subsidiary ALT5 Sigma Canada to New York's Prime Delta. The deal includes a $12 million secured promissory note, with $1 million due next week and the remainder paid in installments, plus approximately 11.6 million shares of Prime Delta stock.
Three weeks ago, the fintech company Perpetuals.com terminated negotiations to acquire the subsidiary. In August 2025, World Liberty Financial reached a partnership with ALT5 Sigma, which raised $750 million through the sale of new shares, of which $717 million was used to purchase World Liberty tokens. It is reported that this deal netted the Trump family over $500 million. AI Financial's stock price has fallen from above $9 to about 44 cents since August 11, 2025, with a market capitalization of approximately $61 million.
