Bitget has cumulatively supported 128 stock tokens (rToken) as collateral for staking and borrowing

2026-08-12 16:41:13

Bitget's staking and borrowing section has added support for 25 stock tokens (rToken) as collateral assets, bringing the total supported to 128. The newly added tokens include popular US stocks and ETFs such as rIVV, rKLAC, and rSMCI, covering diverse sectors like technology, consumer, and finance. Users holding related stock tokens can now use them as collateral to borrow mainstream assets like USDT, USDC, and over 100 types of cryptocurrencies, releasing liquidity without selling their positions. Specific collateral parameters can be referenced on the Bitget official platform.

It is reported that the rToken, identified by the letter r + stock code (for example, Nvidia is rNVDA), is issued by Bitget's licensed RWA protocol Reality, which connects directly to global liquidity pools such as NASDAQ and NYSE through collaboration with compliant broker Alpaca. Its features include: underlying assets are 1:1 reserved and managed by a licensed custodian, stock dividends are distributed in token form 1:1, corporate actions (such as stock splits) are synchronized, and positions can serve as joint collateral for unified accounts and U-based contracts, allowing users to flexibly manage funds while holding global stock assets.
