CryptoQuant: Gate's July crypto stock perpetual contract trading volume reached 15 billion USD, with AI storage and semiconductors as the core themes

According to the latest report "Wall Street, Always On" released by CryptoQuant, in July 2026, the traditional financial stock perpetual contract trading volume on the Gate cryptocurrency trading platform reached $15 billion, a month-on-month increase of approximately 308%, making it the fastest-growing among the platforms covered in the report. In terms of asset structure, AI storage and semiconductors have become the core themes of Gate's trading.

The report indicates that among Gate's $15 billion stock perpetual contracts in July, SanDisk (SNDK) accounted for approximately $4.3 billion, and SK Hynix accounted for about $3.8 billion, together contributing around 53% of the trading volume; of which SNDK accounted for about 28% of Gate's total trading volume, and SK Hynix accounted for about 25%. In addition, assets such as Gate SOXL, Micron (MU), and SpaceX (SPCX) also recorded high trading volumes of approximately $1.2 billion, $1.1 billion, and $1 billion, respectively, further reflecting Gate's focus on AI, semiconductors, and popular tech assets in stock perpetual contract trading.

CryptoQuant points out that the themes of AI hardware and storage are becoming important growth directions for cryptocurrency stock trading, with Gate's trading performance in storage chips and semiconductor-related assets being particularly outstanding.
