All three major U.S. stock indices fell, with the Nasdaq down 0.28%
According to Gate market data, the Dow Jones Index closed down 107.46 points on August 14, a decrease of 0.2%, at 53,732.53 points; the S&P 500 Index fell 13.3 points, a decrease of 0.17%, at 7,785.69 points; the Nasdaq Composite Index dropped 73.86 points, a decrease of 0.28%, at 26,729.16 points.
