Data: A dormant whale borrowed $153 million in WETH for arbitrage after two years, ultimately earning only $0.36

According to Onchain Lens monitoring, a cryptocurrency whale that had been dormant for nearly two years has recently become active again, borrowing 81,640 WETH from the decentralized lending protocols Morpho and Spark, worth approximately 153.6 million USD, to execute arbitrage trades.

However, this large transaction did not yield significant profits. On-chain data shows that the arbitrage operation generated only 1.88 USD in revenue, paid 1.53 USD in fees, resulting in a final net profit of only 0.36 USD.
