Aachen AI startup amber completes 7 million euros in Series A funding

The German Aachen AI platform company amber announced the completion of a €7 million Series A financing round, jointly led by Ventech and NRW.BANK's venture capital fund NRW.Venture.

Founded in 2021, amber focuses on helping small and medium-sized enterprises integrate fragmented business data and build autonomous commercial AI infrastructure, combining traditional search, generative AI, assistant functions, and automation. Its clients include well-known companies such as Ritter Sport and Zentis. This round of funding will be used to accelerate expansion into the European market, starting with the Benelux region, and to continue deepening the research and development of its proprietary AI data layer.
