Gate ranks first in the RWA perpetual contract open interest market share, leading global centralized trading platforms with a market share of 49.6%
According to the "July 2026 Crypto Exchange Recap," Gate maintains a leading position in the RWA perpetual contract market. As of the end of July, the open interest of RWA perpetual contracts on centralized trading platforms reached $763 million, with Gate's open interest amounting to $378.8 million, accounting for 49.6% of the market share, ranking first among global centralized trading platforms. The report also points out that RWA perpetual contracts are becoming one of the fastest-growing emerging areas in the crypto trading market, with RWA-related transactions in on-chain perpetual contracts rising to 43.3%.
In terms of the integration of traditional assets and digital assets, Gate has built a multi-layered trading system covering spot, perpetual contracts, and gStocks tokenized stocks. The report shows that Gate's centralized exchange contract trading volume reached $294 billion in July, while spot trading volume reached $36 billion, both ranking fourth globally. Currently, the daily trading volume of Gate's stock perpetual contracts has reached a peak of $753 million. Meanwhile, gStocks is expanding rapidly, with the number of trading pairs increasing from 15 at its launch on July 3 to 78, and supporting features such as collateralized lending, Gate wealth management, unified accounts, and leveraged trading.
The report indicates that Gate is further enhancing cross-market capital allocation efficiency by integrating different stock assets and trading tools into a unified account. At the same time, Gate has supported over 12,500 stocks and ETF assets, covering core global markets such as U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, and Korean stocks. As RWA, tokenized assets, and traditional financial products accelerate their integration into the digital asset market, Gate is continuously improving the multi-asset trading infrastructure that connects traditional finance and the digital asset market, providing global users with more flexible and efficient cross-market asset allocation paths.
