The Websea Global RWA Summit was perfectly held: focusing on new opportunities in the digital economy between China and Kazakhstan, releasing new signals for cross-border collaboration
As the physical industry seeks new global pathways and digital technology reconstructs capital, assets, and collaboration methods, an industrial dialogue connecting China, Kazakhstan, and global markets is taking place in Almaty.
On August 18, 2026, the "2026 Global RWA Real Asset On-Chain Enterprises Going Abroad Resource Matching Conference and China-Kazakhstan Industry Investment Promotion Conference," co-hosted by Websea, was successfully held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The conference focused on the digitalization of RWA real assets, cross-border industrial collaboration, and investment promotion, bringing together industry professionals, investors, digital economy practitioners, creators, and media representatives from China and Kazakhstan to discuss the future landscape of the digital economy community.

From "Project Showcase" to "Industrial Collaboration," RWA Opens New Imagination for the Real Economy
The conference focused on the digitalization opportunities in physical industries such as mining, agriculture, real estate, and green energy. Multiple project roadshows and roundtable forums were held around themes such as "Future of Mining: Digital Empowerment," "New Life in Real Estate: Urban Evolution," "Green Energy: New Opportunities for RWA," and "The Logic of Going Abroad for the Real Economy."
Beylbor Kharlabayev, Chairman of the Kazakhstan Special Economic Zone Federation, stated: "The significance of RWA goes beyond a technical concept; it lies in enhancing asset information transparency, collaboration efficiency, and cross-border connectivity through digital means. For the Central Asian market, which has rich industrial resources, geographical advantages, and international cooperation potential, how to achieve industrial digitalization within a clear, compliant, and risk-controlled framework has become a common concern for all parties."

China-Kazakhstan Cooperation Moves Towards a Deeper "Digital Economy Community"
At the conference, guests from China and Kazakhstan exchanged views on the investment environment, industrial implementation, international resource connectivity, and digital economy construction. The organizers and representatives proposed that an open, transparent, and stable business environment is the foundation for attracting long-term investment in technology, capital, and industry; collaboration among government, enterprises, platforms, and communities is key to truly implementing projects.
The conference included strategic cooperation signing for key projects between China and Kazakhstan, as well as precise resource matching between governments and enterprises, allowing cross-border cooperation to transition from macro vision to a more executable negotiation mechanism. For Chinese enterprises interested in entering the Central Asian market, this platform provided a more direct entry for industrial observation, resource connection, and cooperation.

Websea Appears at the Summit, Responding to the Digital Economy Era with User Trust
As a representative of the digital asset platform invited to the event, Websea showcased itself in various segments including brand roadshows, the launch of the creator alliance, and the establishment of Web3 MCN institutions. Herbert Sim, Global CMO of Websea, stated during his presentation that the platform's development can never be separated from user trust and real experience.

"Technology can enhance efficiency, but trust is the foundation for the long-term development of the platform. We thank every user and partner who has accompanied and trusted Websea along the way. It is because of this trust that we always place user asset security and transaction experience in an extremely important position," Herbert Sim stated.

In a rapidly changing industry environment, Websea hopes to participate in the global digital economy construction with a more robust service philosophy: continuously optimizing products and transaction experiences while adhering to risk awareness and user rights protection, and connecting more global users, creators, and industry partners through open collaboration.
Industries, Creators, and Communities in Sync, the Digital Economy is More Than Just a Technical Narrative
The conference also held the launch of the Web3 Beauty Alliance - Central Asia Station, the China-Kazakhstan Quality Creator Alliance, and Web3 MCN institutions. The inclusion of a diverse ecosystem made this conference not just a dialogue between industry and capital, but also an open stage for technology, content, community, and brand participation.

From physical industries to digital platforms, from cross-border investment to content ecosystems, this summit sent a clear signal: the future of the digital economy will be co-written by a broader range of participants. It requires not only the protection of systems and infrastructure but also the long-term investment of quality enterprises, and the continuous trust of users, partners, and communities.

As the conference concluded successfully, a new chapter in China-Kazakhstan industrial collaboration and digital economy cooperation has begun. Websea will take this summit as a new starting point to continue working with global users and partners to explore a safe, open, and sustainable digital economy future.

Special thanks to all media partners for their attention, reporting, and dissemination of this summit. Thanks to all the guests present, the organizing and co-organizing institutions, partners, community partners, and Websea global users, and for every bit of trust and companionship.
