Kraken may become the first CEX to test Hyperliquid's compliant HIP-3 feature: 10 wallets have been whitelisted

Hyperliquid testnet has added compliance operation control features such as whitelisting, forced liquidation, and collateral transfer. Currently, a node named "Kraken HIP-3 test DEX" is testing these licensed features, and 10 wallets have been whitelisted.

Although the testnet supports permissionless deployment, in light of Kraken's parent company's recent business expansion trends, the community speculates that Kraken may be the first CEX to test this compliant DEX functionality.
