Users can subscribe using USDT and choose the target U.S. stock, and the buying execution price for the current product will be determined based on the U.S. stock closing price on the fundraising end date * discount rate. Upon maturity, if the observation price is not lower than the execution price, the USDT principal and fixed interest will be returned; if it is lower than the execution price, the principal will be converted into the corresponding rToken at the execution price, while still receiving fixed interest.
