PVARA stated in a declaration that Hong Kong's experience in virtual asset compliance licensing and the construction of tokenized capital markets could provide valuable references for Pakistan in building a "next-generation financial system." This model of exporting regulatory frameworks and financial infrastructure experience from mature financial hubs to emerging crypto markets is expected to further accelerate the interconnectivity of Asia's tokenized clearing networks in the second half of 2026.
