The first Outcome DEX "OUT" based on Hyperliquid HIP-4 has been deployed
Hyperliquid HIP-4 permissionless deployment has begun, and the first Outcome DEX based on HIP-4, "OUT," has been deployed. According to the Hyperliquid developer documentation, HIP-4 allows deployers to create YES/NO or multi-result Outcome markets permissionlessly based on templates approved by validator votes.
