According to the 8-K filing submitted by Strive to the SEC, the company purchased 1,800 bitcoins at an average price of approximately $79,431 from August 24 to 28, 2026.

As of August 28, Strive holds a total of 23,156 bitcoins, along with 505,000 shares of Strategy STRC preferred stock (fair value of approximately $49.15 million) and about $183.5 million in cash.
