Kuaishou: Beijing Keling signs an agreement to join with the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and Charoen Pokphand Robotics

Kuaishou (01024.HK) announced that on August 31, 2026, Beijing Keling entered into joining agreements with the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and Charoen Pokphand Robotics.

Accordingly, the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and Charoen Pokphand Robotics each agreed to become additional investors and parties to the capital increase agreement, injecting cash capital of RMB 1.4 billion and approximately USD 19.29 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 131.45 million) into Beijing Keling, respectively.
