According to a report by Cai Lian She, AI customer service startup Wonderful has completed a $550 million Series C funding round, achieving a valuation of $5 billion. This round was led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce joining as a new investor, and institutions such as Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and IVP participating in the follow-on investment.

Wonderful's enterprise intelligence platform has been online for 20 months, entering over 30 markets and deploying hundreds of intelligent agents across more than a dozen vertical industries, with products covering scenarios such as customer service and internal employee systems.
