Argo Blockchain CEO resigns, business plans to shift towards artificial intelligence infrastructure

According to TheEnergyMag, Argo Blockchain's CEO Justin Nolan has stepped down on August 30. Under the terms of the agreement, Justin Nolan will receive a one-time cash compensation of $250,000, which will be subject to standard tax withholding. The agreement will officially take effect after the seven-day period expires and the right of rescission has not been exercised.

During the board's search for a successor, the current management team will be responsible for daily operations under the supervision of the board. The company is specifically seeking candidates with experience in capital raising and operational execution in the data center and artificial intelligence technology sectors.
