Notional Finance suspected of being attacked, approximately 1.7 million USD stolen

According to Pie Shield citing Specter monitoring, the escrow contract of the fixed-rate lending protocol Notional Finance is suspected to have been attacked, resulting in a loss of approximately $1.7 million in DAI and USDC.

The attacker subsequently exchanged the stolen funds for about 689.2 ETH and further deposited the funds into Tornado Cash. Currently, the reasons for the attack and the final scale of the losses are still pending further confirmation from the project team.
