Telegram experienced a large-scale outage in Singapore, with Downdetector reporting nearly 4,000 incidents

According to the Straits Times, Telegram experienced a service outage on the morning of September 8. Users in Singapore began to report issues around 10:20, with Downdetector reporting nearly 4,000 incidents shortly after 10:30, mainly related to the app and messaging features.

As of 11:30, the number of outage reports had decreased to about 350, and Telegram services are gradually recovering. Currently, Telegram has not disclosed the cause of the outage.
