The Rollup Host: Large funds may obtain SEC approval to go on-chain in the form of tokens

2026-09-08 13:36:57

According to The Rollup host Andy, his sources indicate that a large fund has received the SEC's "green light," possibly involving Fidelity, ARK Invest, or BlackRock, allowing fund shares to be tokenized and traded against underlying assets.

Andy emphasized that this is still unverified information, and specific arrangements await confirmation from SEC Chairman Atkins.
