Ramp plans to raise 1 billion USD, with a valuation potentially reaching 60 billion USD
According to Bloomberg, fintech startup Ramp is in early negotiations with investors for a new round of financing, with the company's valuation expected to reach approximately $60 billion. If the deal is completed, Ramp's valuation will increase by about 36% from the previous $44 billion in just three months.
Insiders revealed that Ramp plans to raise about $1 billion in new funding, and the negotiations are still ongoing, with specific terms subject to change. Ramp declined to comment. Founded in 2019, Ramp primarily provides services such as expense management, payment processing, and AI fraud detection for businesses. In June of this year, the company completed a $750 million financing round, bringing its total funding to approximately $3 billion to date.
