Binance will launch Niu Lai and add a seed label for it

According to the official announcement, Binance will launch Niu Lai (Niu Lai) on September 9, 2026, at 22:30 (Beijing time), and will open spot trading pairs for Niu Lai/USDT, Niu Lai/USDC, and Niu Lai/TRY. Deposits will open one hour before trading starts, and withdrawals will be available on September 10, 2026, at 22:30 (Beijing time).

The announcement indicates that Niu Lai will be tagged with a seed label, and seed label tokens may have higher volatility and risk compared to other listed tokens. Before trading tokens with a seed label, users must pass the corresponding quiz and accept the terms of use every 90 days.
