U.S. stocks opened lower, with Meta rising over 5%
According to Gate market data, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones down 0.15%, the S&P 500 index down 0.25%, and the Nasdaq down 0.36%. Meta Platforms rose over 5% as the company launched its personal AI entity Muse. Amazon fell 1.2% after issuing four parts of pound debt for the first time. Apple slightly dropped 0.2% before its major launch event.
