tradeXYZ launched the Events marketplace

tradeXYZ announced the launch of the Events feature, advancing the vision of making Hyperliquid a universal exchange, a single composable system for trading financial assets and real-world outcomes.

Users can deposit spot BTC into a single unified account at tradeXYZ, borrow USDC through portfolio margin, open perpetual positions for pre-IPO SpaceX, hedge against the upcoming SK Hynix earnings report event with the event market, and choose the champion of the U.S. Open.

Events will cover sports, politics, economics, and financial markets, with categories and contract formats continuously expanding. The initial Up/Down markets cover stocks, commodities, and pre-IPOs, driven by the depth and liquidity of perpetual contracts on HIP-3 by tradeXYZ. These perpetual contracts provide continuous price discovery and serve as a settlement source, with each contract based on the XYZ liquid market price rather than external oracles.
