Crypto.com Co-Founder: SEC Confirms OG.com Form 1-N, Approved to Launch Individual Stock Futures
Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com and founder of OG.com, tweeted that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has confirmed that its futures exchange has been approved to launch individual stock futures to the market through the Form 1-N document submitted by OG.com. The filing entity is the North American Derivatives Exchange (formerly Nadex, now operating both Crypto.com | Derivatives North America and OG.com).
Kris Marszalek also stated that the team is working with the SEC and CFTC to plan the launch of individual stock perpetual contracts in the U.S., combining the product forms of the digital asset market with the U.S. capital market. Form 1-N is a notification registration document used by futures exchanges regulated by the CFTC, allowing them to also be regulated by the SEC, thus legally listing and trading securities futures products.
