The U.S. Congress authorizes Trump to impose tariffs on Russian oil products
The U.S. Congress passed a bill authorizing President Trump to impose tariffs on countries purchasing Russian oil products. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun stated that China conducts economic and trade cooperation on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, opposing extraterritorial jurisdiction not authorized by the United Nations Security Council.
