UN officials: The losses in the first month of the US-Iran war amounted to 150 billion USD
The Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia, Rania al-Mashat, stated that the war between the United States and Iran caused approximately $150 billion in losses to Arab economies in just the first month, equivalent to about 4% of the region's gross domestic product. She warned that this conflict could delay the investment and economic diversification processes across the entire Arab world.
