Aptos mainnet launch Confidential APT
Aptos Labs announced that Confidential APT has been launched on the Aptos mainnet. Balances and transfer amounts are encrypted on-chain, and validators check zero-knowledge proofs to confirm the validity of transfers without viewing the specific amounts.
Addresses remain public, and this feature is completely optional, allowing for public verification without public disclosure.
