Nano Labs founder Kong Jianping's account has regained control after being phished

The U.S. stock BNB cryptocurrency treasury company Nano Labs and Chairman Kong Jianping stated that their X account previously suffered a phishing attack and has now successfully regained control. Kong Jianping mentioned that the attacker sent phishing emails to his commonly used email address, and his AI assistant mistakenly identified the fake link in the email as the official X verification page, leading him to input the verification code sent to his linked email into the phishing page, ultimately resulting in the account being stolen; during this time, the account briefly posted several scam messages.

Kong Jianping reminded users not to click on unofficial links, and even if the AI determines the link to be trustworthy, they should remain vigilant. He also suggested setting the email linked to X to an address that is not easily known to outsiders to reduce the risk of account theft.
