Ethlabs: CCIP 2 supports fast confirmation on Ethereum

Ethlabs stated that with the Ethereum rapid confirmation rules, the Chainlink cross-chain protocol CCIP 2 can reduce Ethereum transaction confirmation times to 12 to 24 seconds.

This acceleration is an optional setting that needs to be actively enabled, and its security guarantees differ from the default path; the Ethereum full finality guarantee and the CCIP default waiting time remain unchanged.
