BNB Financial Company CEA Industries will be renamed BNB Standard, with the stock code remaining BNC

According to GlobeNewswire, BNB Treasury Company CEA Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: BNC) today announced that it will officially change its name to BNB Standard Corporation starting September 29, 2026. The company's common stock will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "BNC," and its warrants will trade under "BNCWW" and "BNCWZ."

BNC values interaction with the BNB community and inviting community participation in the selection of the new name was one of the company's earliest initiatives. The company submitted four candidate names for public advisory voting on the X platform, allowing the community to have a voice in the decision-making process.

The five-day voting received a total of 5,799 votes, with "BNB Standard" leading with approximately 47% of the votes. Community members also shared their reasons and alternative suggestions in their responses, and the board approved the new name after review.
