The liquid staking protocol Stride proposed an orderly shutdown of its chain

Cosmos ecosystem liquid staking protocol Stride announced today that it is proposing an orderly shutdown of the Stride chain. The team stated that stToken can still be redeemed normally on Stride before October 12; after that, redemptions will be suspended to allow the underlying assets to complete the unbinding.

According to the plan, redemptions are expected to resume around November 20 on Osmosis. Stride also stated that the stToken held by users will not expire.
