Robinhood Wallet integrates the Arcus RFQ system, supporting stock token exchanges

According to The Block, Robinhood Wallet announced the integration of Arcus's API, becoming one of several routing providers for its stock token spot exchanges.

Eligible users can access Arcus's liquidity and execution infrastructure through the wallet in supported jurisdictions. This integration expands the number of stock tokens supported by Robinhood Wallet to over 190.

Arcus, developed by the dYdX team, launched on Robinhood Chain in July this year, initially supporting over 90 stock tokens, and the lineup has now increased to over 190, while the perpetual contract market is still in the testing phase. Its system uses a Request for Quote (RFQ) model, where professional market makers compete to price each exchange rather than relying on a single liquidity pool.

Arcus stated that if Robinhood Wallet users execute exchanges through Arcus, they may earn Arcus Points. Arcus will also provide users with limit order functionality through the wallet's dapp browser.

Arcus claims that since its launch, the cumulative trading volume has exceeded $5 billion, with over 15,000 independent traders and a total locked value of over $28 million. Arcus CEO Eddie Zhang stated that early growth confirms previous judgments that traders need a global, accessible, and around-the-clock operating market.
