Famous trader: Bitcoin's yearly high is 97,000; if it falls below 80,000 in the short term, a bottom of 74,000 USD can be expected
Renowned trader Killa stated that he expects Bitcoin's peak this year to reach $97,000, with most of the year remaining below this price level in a range-bound market. Killa indicated that the key short-term levels for Bitcoin are between $80K and $83K. If it falls below this range, the next potential area could be $74K to $77K. This could likely be the last capitulation bottom before a push towards $97K.
However, if the strength continues, the pullback may be much shallower, possibly only down to the low of $80K, followed by the next wave of increase. Killa, as a quantitative trader focused on BTC, predicted the peak of this bull market in May 2025 and has over 200,000 followers on the X platform. In mid-April, he shorted Bitcoin at $74,688 and switched to long during the market-wide decline on June 5.
