Star: OKX is expanding into a comprehensive financial technology platform, with a long-term vision to build services for the younger generation in four major areas

ChainCatcher live report from the OKX NOW Global Product and Ecosystem Conference (Singapore), where OKX founder Star delivered a keynote speech outlining OKX's strategic positioning.

He stated that OKX started with spot trading and later expanded into derivatives, Web3 wallets, payments, and tokenized stocks, saying, "It's no longer accurate to view OKX merely as a cryptocurrency exchange."

He proposed that OKX's long-term direction is to provide four types of services aimed at the younger generation: supporting users in choosing between custodial accounts or self-custody wallets for holding funds; low-cost, instant payments; a unified entry point for investing in various assets; and AI-driven wealth management tools.
