Cobo Wallet: The app service will be shut down on December 1, and users need to withdraw their assets in advance
Cobo Wallet announced that its App service will officially close on December 1, 2026. Users must complete all asset withdrawals by November 30 at 23:59 and update the Cobo Wallet receiving address set on other platforms.
The announcement reminds users that those who do not withdraw their assets within the deadline will incur account management fees. This adjustment will directly affect users who are still using the Cobo Wallet App for asset storage and receiving payments; relevant users need to promptly confirm their on-chain assets, receiving addresses, and withdrawal whitelist settings on associated platforms.
After the App service is closed, if there are remaining assets in the account, Cobo will charge a monthly account management fee. The management fee is calculated based on the asset value, at 2% of the remaining assets in the account, with a minimum monthly charge equivalent to 100 USD. Users who fail to complete asset withdrawals before the App closes will be considered to have agreed to this fee arrangement.
The announcement does not specify the exact reasons for closing the service, nor does it disclose whether other products or institutional businesses under Cobo will be affected.
