Ethereum Foundation: Glamsterdam upgrade is scheduled to activate on the Hoodi testnet at midnight Beijing time on October 27

According to the Ethereum Foundation's announcement on October 16, the Glamsterdam upgrade is scheduled to activate on October 26 at 17:42:48 (UTC), which is 01:42:48 on October 27 Beijing time, on the Hoodi testnet; at that time, the block Gas limit on Hoodi will also be increased to 200 million.

This upgrade includes the embedded proposer and builder separation, block-level access lists, and Gas billing adjustments. The Sepolia testnet was activated on October 6, and the upgrade date for the Ethereum mainnet has not yet been determined. Node operators need to update the execution layer and consensus layer clients before the Hoodi activation.
