U.S. Central Command: Maritime Blockade of Iran for 100 Days
The United States Central Command stated that today marks the 100th day of the U.S. military's restoration of the "Iron Wall" maritime blockade against Iran. This action has prevented Iran from exporting at least $25 billion worth of crude oil and has limited the ability of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to fund proxy militias, criminal networks, and terrorism. Apart from the humanitarian aid permitted by U.S. forces, Iran has not conducted any exports or imports by sea.
