Future Asset Securities Hong Kong subsidiary completes tokenized note issuance on Solana

According to market news, Mirae Asset Securities (HK), a subsidiary of Mirae Asset Securities in South Korea, announced that it has completed a tokenized financing note issuance on the Solana blockchain, targeting qualified institutional investors.

The note is denominated in US dollars, has a six-month term, and is a floating-rate note, included in the company's $3 billion guaranteed structured note program. Marketnode, a regulated digital market infrastructure operator in Singapore, acts as the authorized distributor, with support from the Solana Foundation. Mirae Asset is responsible for the token issuance, payment, and full lifecycle management. The note is offered only through private placement to professional investors as defined by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance, and is not approved or registered by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
