Putin stated that Russia is coordinating satellite affairs with Musk

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that despite the political tensions with the United States, Russia is still coordinating with SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and other American partners on low Earth orbit satellite networks. Putin referred to Musk as a "true genius," emphasizing the importance of ensuring non-interference in orbit.

Russia is developing a system similar to "Starlink" called "Rassvet," which is planned to provide commercial services next year and deploy over 900 satellites by 2035.
