Keystone announced the progress of the data breach incident: all shipments are suspended, and the retention period for receiving information is shortened to 90 days

According to a statement released by Keystone Hardware Wallet's official X account, Keystone has updated the previously promised rectification measures. The retention period for shipping information has been shortened from 180 days to 90 days, effective immediately. Users can contact customer service to request the immediate deletion of relevant data after receiving their orders.

The team has sent emails to all affected users via support@keyst.one and has suspended all shipments. All partner warehouses, including Amazon warehouses, have begun isolating affected devices. The team is also continuously improving the security of the affected user inquiry page based on user feedback.
