BRT.Fit: Will disclose the equity structure of the founding team
The fitness protocol BRT.Fit, developed from smart wearable hardware, stated on the official X platform that it will disclose the detailed equity structure of the founding team.
BRT.Fit indicated that many blockchain projects have limited disclosure of actual team holdings, making it difficult for the community to understand the equity distribution among founders and core members. The project has chosen to publicly disclose the actual equity structure of the team for community verification.
BRT.Fit founder Kevin Huang stated that the majority of the company's equity has been shared with the team. The official statement emphasized that the project should not belong solely to the founders but to the builders who invest time, energy, and passion, and hopes that team members will share in the achievements of the construction.
The official also mentioned that during the transition from a smart wearable hardware company to a fitness and health protocol, the project experienced pressure, uncertain decisions, technical challenges, and multiple product iterations, and the team continues to push forward.
BRT.Fit claims that its goal is to help people develop long-term exercise habits and promote transparency in the industry. The official also stated that the project is not just built for a token generation event but is aimed at advancing over the next 10, 20 years, and beyond.
