Binance founder Zhao Changpeng posted on the X platform that U.S. law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, the United States Secret Service (USSS), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), provided crucial assistance in the Binance theft incident, including tracking and freezing funds.

Zhao Changpeng stated that a single tweet cannot fully express his gratitude, and many cryptocurrency users may not realize that "the reason Bitcoin did not drop more" is largely due to their efforts.

Previously, the FBI confirmed that North Korea was behind the theft of over $6 billion from Binance.
