The United States, Russia, and Ukraine will resume negotiations in Abu Dhabi next week, and Trump stated that a significant agreement is expected to be reached

The United States, Russia, and Ukraine plan to restart working-level negotiations in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from November 10 to 11. This will be the first face-to-face talks among the three parties in nine months. U.S. President Trump stated that the parties are very close to resolving the Russia-Ukraine conflict and are expected to reach a significant agreement covering Ukraine and even all of Europe.

Ukraine is taking a cautious attitude towards the outcomes of the negotiations. The head of the Ukrainian President's Office, Budanov, stated that they do not expect breakthroughs from this meeting but believe that restarting face-to-face negotiations is already a progress. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba emphasized that security guarantees, de-escalation of the Black Sea situation, energy ceasefire, repatriation of Ukrainian children, and prisoner exchanges will be the priorities for Ukraine, reiterating that no decisions regarding Ukraine can be made without Ukraine's participation.

Currently, there are still significant differences between Russia and Ukraine on core issues such as territory and security guarantees, and fighting on the battlefield has not ceased. Meanwhile, Europe continues to advance military and economic assistance to Ukraine.
