OKX founder Star: Cross-site UID should be globally unique or prohibit transfers based solely on UID

According to Star, the founder of OKX, the UIDs of different sites under the OKX brand must either remain globally unique or not allow users to conduct cross-site internal transfers solely based on the UID.

Star stated that the UID is an account identifier, and if the same UID exists across different sites of the same brand but allows cross-site transfers via UID, it may lead to incorrect identification of the receiving account and misdirected funds.
