ChainCatcher news, according to The Wall Street Journal, Meta Platforms is proposing to acquire a minority stake in some of the funds of the venture capital firm NFDG. The company was founded by its newly appointed AI head Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross.This acquisition offer will allow the fund's limited partners to partially exit at the current valuation, enabling quick cashing out. The two founders have gradually stepped back from NFDG.
