CoinShares: Last week, net outflows from digital asset investment products reached $2 billion

2025-11-17 17:44:07

CoinShares released its latest weekly report indicating that last week, digital asset trading platform exchange-traded products (ETPs) experienced an outflow of $2 billion, primarily influenced by monetary policy uncertainty and large whale sell-offs in the crypto space.

Among these, the United States accounted for 97% of the outflows ($1.97 billion), while Germany saw an inflow of $13.2 million amidst widespread negative sentiment globally.

Bitcoin and Ethereum led the decline, with outflows of $1.38 billion and $689 million respectively, while investors shifted towards multi-asset ETPs (inflow of $69 million) and increased their short positions in Bitcoin.
