Robinhood: In February, cryptocurrency trading volume increased by 74% year-on-year to $25 billion, while event contract trading volume fell to 2.4 billion contracts

According to market news, Robinhood released its February operational report, disclosing that cryptocurrency trading volume reached $25 billion, a month-on-month increase of 9% and a year-on-year increase of 74%. Among this, the cryptocurrency trading volume on the Robinhood App was $9.4 billion, while Bitstamp's trading volume reached $15.6 billion.

In contrast, TradFi trading on the Robinhood platform saw a decline, with stock trading volume falling 14% month-on-month to $194.4 billion, and options contract trading volume decreasing 10% month-on-month to 18.03 million contracts. Additionally, the trading volume of event contracts in Robinhood's prediction market also plummeted 29% from January, dropping to 2.4 billion contracts.
